Summer Salad
*Recipe recommended for summer months and can be heavily adapted based on garden availability

INGREDIENTS
From the Garden
6 cups lettuce from the garden (any kind)
1 cucumber or several baby cucumbers
1 beet, roasted
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
2 cups watermelon or radishes, thinly sliced
handful edible flowers, optional
From Elsewhere:
1 cup corn kernels
Salad dressing (vinaigrette recommended)
PREPARATION
clean lettuce
dice and prepare remaining vegetables into bite sized chunks and mix in with lettuce
toss in salad dressing
top with edible flowers
